Examples : Internal energy(U), Kinetic energy(KE) and Potential energy(PE)	Examples : Heat transfer, work transfer
They are independent of path.	They are path dependent.
They have unique value for each thermodynamic state.(Thermodynamic property)	They are not thermodynamic property.
